Our Pinewood Terrace Development was established in 1980 and receives funding through the State. Pinewood Terrace has 62 one-bedroom units.
• Must be 62 years of age or handicapped/disabled.
• Income must not exceed $47,600 for one person; $54,400.00 for two people.
• No asset limit. (but income from assets cannot exceed income limits)
• Verification of value is needed for ALL assets (house, mobile home, etc.)
• 3rd party verification is needed to verify all info on application
(Please include verification of date of birth, i.e. copy of birth certificate or driver’s license.)
• In order to receive Raynham preference must verify residency.
• Form DD-124 is required for Veteran’s Preference.
